Holy cow I think I am in love with Kavanagh men. The entire family of hot men won me over and I am excited to get to read each and every one of their stories.
Breaking a Legend is Rory’s story and the introduction to all of these fine men. Rory has had a career ending injury in a fight and when the story starts he is lost and a little broken. Throughout the story he shows amazing growth. I love that he has so many sides to him he is damaged, determined, strong, sexy, caring, and compassionate. He works with animals that have had a rough life and he rescued a dog that has so much personality you fall for him. When he meets Clare he really starts to heal and figure out who he is now that he isn’t a fighter.
Clare is so stinking cute I just love her. She is so damaged and has had a hard life but, she looks at everything with optimism and positivity. She is also trying to figure out who she is now that she is not being told who to be. I was so caught up in her story and the need for her to have a happily ever after because if anyone deserves one it is her.
Grab this story and meet the Kavanagh men and then stick around and grab the rest of the books in the series. I can’t wait for more of these men.
