I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is a book that will absolutely tear your heart out. But don’t let that keep you from reading it. You will close the book with your heart mended and loving every second of this book. You also have to read Shed My Skin first or you are going to be lost because this is the second part of Maddox’s story. This book picks up right where Shed My Skin left off. Maddox is missing and the people that matter most to him are scared and searching high and low. However not everyone is one their best behavior and some shocking things happen. Maddox after all while being a tortured soul is the glue that keeps them all together. We get to see Quinn of course in this book and it just is heartbreaking how broken they are. However I loved the way they totally understood each other and they were just perfect in their connection to each other. I know this isn’t making any sense. This is a book that you don’t want to know much about before diving into it. I loved reading this unique story. I loved the characters and how it all came together for the big ahhh haa moment. You just need to experience this book for yourself. You can’t go wrong reading this book.
