Holy cow. I am not even sure how I am going to review this book without giving something away. There is so much that goes one and so much more to every move than you see from time to time and you will be on the edge of your seat trying to figure out what the heck is going on. I know that I devoured this book. Fell in love with Luca and Haven. These two have been in love with each other since childhood. And then he up and left her at a time when she wanted to run away and get away from the mafia and them live a normal life where not one could find them. This was devastating to Haven and she has mourned the loss of Luca for a long time. She dropped out of college and has been living with her parents since. Though imagine her surprise when out for a morning run she comes home to discover his car in her drive and his father and brother in her dads office and finds out she has been sold into marriage to Luca. And that’s all I am going to tell you. I devoured it. I loved it and I never wanted it to end. I fell for all the Kings of the Kingdom too and was so excited to find out we are getting his book and Nite’s. Oh Nite. I didn’t mention him but your going to love him and I was so hoping we would get more. Don’t even think about it. Grab this book and enjoy the edge of your seat ride that you are in for. I loved it and you will too.
About the Author: Shantel is a Texas born girl who now lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her high school sweetheart, who is a wonderful, supportive husband and their two daughters. She loves to spend time cuddled up on the couch with a good book.
She considers herself extremely lucky to do what she does while getting to work from home. Going to concerts and the movies are just a few of her favorite things to do. She hates coffee but loves wine. She and her husband are both huge football fans, college and NFL. And she has to feed her high heel addiction by shopping for shoes weekly.
Although she has a passion to write, her family is most important to her. She loves spending evenings at home with her husband and daughters, along with their cat and dog.
