Confess is a full length dark novel from Isabella Starling. I was hooked from the first page. This is the story of Father Amadeo Dacosta and Carlotta Tomassi. This book is told in multiple points of view too. Not just two, there are a few points of view. Carlotta is a sweet innocent girl who is about to turn eighteen and loves to sneak out of her mafia father’s house and go to a local bar and have a good time. Unlike her best friend though she isn’t there to hook up she is out and about and enjoying her freedom. In her family they have arranged marriages and she know that when she turns eighteen in two days it won’t be long before her father will tell her who she is going to marry. She is about to pay for the sins of her father. He is the very reason that everything that will happen to her is going to happen. I will got ahead and tell you that Amadeo is a priest and so is his brother so there are two priests in this book and they are smoking hot. That just sounds so wrong for me to even type let alone think. If you love strong female character’s you are going to love this one. She is amazing. This is a dark book so take to heed the warning for the author. I am a huge fan of dark books and can’t seem to get enough of them. I must love to push my own boundaries. This book is amazing and one that I’m sure all lovers of dark romances are going to love.
