I don’t even know how to review this book and not say something that is going to give something away in this book. There are so many twists and turns and some shocking surprises. This is where you also get to see Calli the mafia princess growing up and learning to embrace her role. A role that is best for her that is. I really love Calli. She is strong and fierce and there is not doubt in my mind that she and Daemon belong together. Calli is always the sweet innocent girl but Daemon brings out the bad butt in her and there is not a doubt that they make each others hearts whole. I also loved seeing characters that we all know and love and especially Alex. That guy is always cracking me up and he has this way about him that he just knows that everyone needs a little laugh to make it through. I have to say that the cliff at the end of this book is brutal. Absolutely brutal. Hold on and enjoy the ride. I hope you love it as much as I did.
