Deliver Me From Evil by Natasha Knight is now live!

I wasn’t supposed to fall in love with my wife. That wasn’t part of the plan.

From the moment I first laid eyes on Madelena De Léon, I felt a primal urge to protect her. Keep her safe. Her father had failed her. I would not.

She is innocent, and I have no business taking her to my bed. But Madelena and I are bonded. Our destinies inexplicably linked. As is our survival.

My past is dark. I’ve made many enemies and betrayal runs rampant in my world. But sometimes those closest to you are the most dangerous of all.

If I was a better man, I would let her go. I know it’s the only way to keep her safe.

But any goodness I had in me vanished long ago. I am a man condemned. I want what I want.

And what I want is her.

Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports. This is the second book in the Augustine Brothers and the conclusion to the duet. You will need to read the first book Forgive Me My Sins or you will not know what is happening in this book. We finished off Forgive Me My Sins with our hearts in our throats or at least I did. This is where you get all the answers to the questions you had. I feel like though that there is one that is not totally answered and I so hope that that leads to another book for us to devour. Santos and Madelena have so many things they have to figure out. Do they really have a shot at a relationship because she just refuses to trust him. Who is the one causing all the chaos in their lives? You think you have it figured out and then something will happen and you go in a different direction for a little while and then change directions again. I loved Santo’s and how he grows in this book. I think that he is a better person than he thought he was. He really has been through so much and all at the hands of an evil person but is who you think is the evil one really the one you should be blaming? You shall see. Madelena has questions and trust issues but once she begins to trust Santo’s they really grow together and I loved every second of that. She too has so many questions just like we did and I loved that we got the answers right along with them. I can’t say enough about how much I loved this duet. You really do not want to miss it.

About Renee Henson

Renee Henson has an obsession with reading and reviewing. Especially anything that is a dark romance, fairy tale retelling, MC, and is trying her best to love the PNR worlds. Nothing is quiet as exciting to her as reading a good book and then talking about it or making comments while reading with her friends that have read the book too. She is always happiest with her kindle in her hand and her nose is a book. She has been reviewing for Stephanie's Book Reports for over ten years.
