Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the seventh book in the Medici Family Series. I have read all the books in this series and have loved all of them. There is always so much going on with the family and their enemies. If you haven’t read them you need to go back and do that. Fynn’s story is the last and it was so worth the wait. Fynn is the youngest Medici.. When he and Sage were in high school they dated. Things happened between them and they had to go their separate ways for college When Sage needs Fynn he is always there and she is there for him as well. I loved how they stayed friends and never forgot about each other. Ten years have passed and the last time Sage saw Fynn he was dating someone else when she came home for spring break and she gave up on him. She is now a Dr back in Boston and you have seen her in the previous books because she helps the Medici family and is very loyal to them. She can’t deal with Fynn and him being the way he is. Sure he has changed but I think she thinks he is not serious enough about her or maybe he doesn’t hear her like she hears him. Now you get to see if they get their happily ever after. There of course is the ultimate enemy messing with them and has put a bounty on their heads. So, you have the page turning who is doing this of the book going on at the same time. I picked this book up and didn’t put it back down until I was finished. I loved this book. I loved Sage and Fynn and watching them grow and realize some things. This book has some of the sweetest moments in it. And, of course, I loved seeing all the characters in the previous books and what they were up to too.
