At what age did I begin to question everything?

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the second book in the Sin Trilogy from Aleatha Romig. You have to read the first book, Red Sin or you are going to be lost. This book picks up right where Red Sin left off and we find that Julia and Donovan are really going to have some crazy obstacles in their way when it comes to figuring out what in the world is going on with Wade Pharmaceuticals, Julia’s family business. With each passing day thought Julia and Donovan get closer and closer but it is very important to her that she know more about his past. Just not as a girl who is going to be writing about him, but also as the woman that he loves. But Donovan doesn’t talk about his past ever and it is going to take a long time before he is able to deal with it to tell Julia and he asks for that time which she grants. But, we as readers get to know more about his past as charters of this story are written in Donovan’s past. I still don’t feel like we have the whole story and a lot more is going to be revealed but it was great to get a glimpse of a young Donovan and see how he ticked. There are a lot of business like things that go on in this book. After all they are trying to save Julia’s families business. At times though I have to admit that I kind of found it a big UGH not the business again. But now that I am done with this book I know why and how and better. I loved this second book and sure can not wait to have the thrid book in my hand.
