JB has written a beautiful story of love and loss, of starting over, and of learning to love yourself. After reading Heartfall, it is obvious that JB put her blood, sweat and tears into the book. It is beautifully written and has a great message. Heartfall is really written in two parts. I absolutely loved part one. This part is more of a YA (young adult) book. To me, it was perfect. YA is one of my favorite genres and JB had me in love with the story and the characters. I couldn’t get enough. Sebastian is perfect. I fell in love with him big time.
The second part is very different than the first. And while I loved it, the first part is my favorite. I liked Liam and loved him more as the story went on. He really is a great guy and I loved seeing how he was with Claire. And there is a plot twist I honestly never saw coming. Totally threw me for a loop.
My heart fell. For Claire, for Sebastian, for Liam and for this story. Heartfall is beautiful, touching and heartbreaking. Go one click and be prepared to fall too.

J.B. McGee was born and raised in Aiken, South Carolina. She is the mother of two beautiful children and
