Monday: Tall, Dark, & Aromatic is the first book in the Hookup Cafe series.
In this first book, we are introduced to Pansie and Basil. Pansie is the owner of a cafe, and it is here that she first meets Basil. He is dirty and out of cash, so she first assumes he is homeless. In spite of this, she just can’t stop thinking about him. Basil believes in love at first sight, and he falls for Pansie on the spot. Now, he just has to convince her to give him a chance.
This book was a quick read, but, unfortunately, it just fell a little flat for me. Overall, I liked the characters, but I felt like the relationship between Pansie and Basil was a bit rushed. With that said, I do plan on giving the second book in this series a chance. Here’s hoping I connect to the other characters more that I connected with this couple.

Monday: Tall, Dark & Aromatic is the first novella in the six book Hookup Cafe Series from Fifi Flowers.
Pansie is the owner of Cafelicious. One day she meets a man named Basil. He is filthy, out of money and she assumes he is homeless. She can not stop thinking about him. It’s a good thing she can’t because Basil is a believer of love at first sight. And he has fallen for Pansie. Now thanks to Poetry Night on Monday’s Basil is going to make Pansie fall in love with him.
This is a quick read. It’s a novella actually. However I just was not a fan of Panise or Basil. I don’t know if I just didn’t have enough information about them but their story just didn’t connect with me. I’m all for falling in love at first sight. Some of my favorite books are love at first sight books but this one just felt rush and it was missing something for me.
This was my first Fifi Flowers book ever. I was a little more than disappointed. With that said I will be trying the other books in this series and hopefully like them better than I liked this first one.

This is the second novella in the Hookup Cafe series, and it is Marzi’s story.
We first met Marzi in Monday: Tall, Dark & Aromatic which is the first novella in this series. She is Pansie’s hilarious cousin and the pastry chef at Cafelicious. Marzi first meets “Mike” aka Avery one Tuesday morning while he is delivering her baking supplies. After unloading her supplies, he gives her a “little something extra”, and let me tell you what transpires is hotter than any latte you will ever taste!
This story is a prime example of why I always give a new author a second chance! I wasn’t crazy about the first novella in this series, but Ms. Flowers certainly redeemed herself with this second installment! I freakin’ loved it!! Marzi is a great character!! She has a great sense of humor and super sassy attitude, but there is so much more to her than just those qualities. And Avery? That man made me swoon like no other! I loved the way he treasured Marzi.
Tuesday: A Double Shot is such a great read! It unfolds at the perfect pace and is full of surprises from beginning to end! Definitely one that I would highly recommend!

Tuesday: A Double Shot is the second book in Fifi Flowers Hookup Cafe’ Series. You do not have to have read the first book to read Tuesday: A Double Shot. Each book is a standalone novella.
Tuesday is Marzi’s favorite day of the week. It’s Delivery Day!!!! In the early morning hours before everyone else has arrived at Cafelicious Marzi got her supplies and then some. It certainly gives a new meaning to the words customer service and A Double Shot. Get ready to meet Avery!!
Marzi is the owner of the pastry part of Cafelicious. She loves to bake and finds great job in her life and job. She has never been one to settle down and isn’t really into the whole dating scene as her pastry business and helping her Mother keep her more than busy. I really liked Marzi character. She does some discovering of her own in this story and I enjoyed discovering right along with her. She meets her new delivery guy and things go from zero to a hundred really quickly. But he’s not told her his real name or who he really is. This story is a quick read about instalove and family secrets. And I have to say that Avery is just so swoon worthy. I really liked him and how sweet he is to Marzi. You will fall in love with them both.
I would like to say that I would have loved for the story to be a little longer. One thing in the book has been bothering me but I can’t say what for I am afraid of ruining the story for someone. I just would have loved to have seen this expanded on. To know how it really happened.

Wednesday: With Lots of Cream is the third novella in the Hookup Cafe series.
**Carla’s Five Star Review
Evie works at the Cafelicious Cafe, but her real love is music. Because of personal issues along with stage fright, Evie steers clear of the spot light. She loves her job at the cafe, and it is here that she meets the sexy and tattooed Nate. What starts out a casual thing turns into something much more.
One thing that I really like about this series of novellas is the fact that each story is unique. Wednesday: With Lots of Cream is a sweet love story about two people with similar interests and backgrounds who are completely drawn to one another from the moment they first meet. What a fun and fast paced addition to this awesome series!

Wednesday: With Lots of Cream is the third book in a six series set of novella’s from Fifi Flowers.
Welcome to open mic nights at Cafelicious. The night is ran by Evie who has a love for music. It’s in her soul and she can’t live without it. She is the perfect person for open mic night. One night while introducing open mic night the loud crowd fall to a hush while the guy who has caught her attention is yelling with lots of cream for his coffee order. Baffled by this outburst Evie forgets to introduce the first performer and sang herself straight into the most beautiful set of clear eyes shes ever seen. Thus begins the story of Nate and Evie.
I really enjoyed this story. All of the novella’s in this series are of the instalove variety and I love instalove. Sometimes you just know when your looking at a person who will change your life and I enjoy this kind of story. It’s fun. Evie and Nate to are hiding some major secrets and it was fun to discover those too. I am so glad I have discovered this series. I am really loving Fifi Flower’s writing style.

Thursday: Bold, Rich & Strong is the 4th novella in the Hookup Cafe series.
Goodness Gracious! Deacon and Saylor are the next Cafelicious couple we are introduced to, and their story is the hottest yet! Saylor meets Deacon on a Thursday. She nicknames him “beast”, “slick”, and my all time favorite, “a**hole”. She does this because he has a dirty mouth and is very forward with her. At first, Saylor doesn’t want anything to do with him, but, lucky for her, he doesn’t give up. Eventually, she discovers that there is a lot more to Deacon than meets the eye.
I fell head over heels for Deacon. He is handsome, sexy, and incredibly funny. As I stated earlier, this book really brings the heat! It certainly lives up to the title, “Bold, Rich & Strong”!

This is the fourth book in this series from Fifi Flowers. All the books can be read as a standalone and revolve around the group at Cafelicious.
Saylor had everything she wanted. She finished college fell into a great job and had bought her own condo. She then finds herself suddenly unemployed due to cut backs and is drowning her sorrows in Cafelicious with the amazing pastries. Overhearing a conversation between Flower and Marzi about needing ahead barista and bam she found a job. Talk about a streak of luck. She never expects her luck to continue on a Thursday when she meets Deacon.
I am loving this series. It is so fun and quirky and full of insta love stories that just melt your heart. Get ready though because Deacon and Saylor will set your kindle on fire. They have such amazing chemistry. She has quiet the assortment of nick names for Deacon too that just cracked me up. I loved Deacon’s mouth. I am the girl that loves a dirty mouth on a male character. He is also very forward and you don’t have to guess what he thinks or what he wants.
Pick up these books and enjoy. They will keep you reading and you will want to read until you have them all finished.

From the very beginning, this book is filled with sensuality. Vivienne is a woman who embraces her sexuality, and there isn’t much she won’t try. Mason is her perfect match. He likes to be the dominate one in the bedroom, and Vivienne is a-okay with that. These two get off to a great start, but then they experience a few hiccups. When it comes down to it, these two are willing to work through any issues because they really do want to be together.
Laced with Spice is the perfect name for this novella. With Mason and Vivienne, you get a little sweet and a whole lot of spice.

Friday: Laced With Spice is the fifth book in the Hookup Cafe Series from Fifi Flowers. Each book revolves around different characters from Cafelicious. They can be read as standalone’s but are more fun read in order so you know all the characters better.
Vivienne is trying something different. She has used a website that sets up total blind dates. She has no idea about the guy that she is about to meet except that on the sight he was her perfect match. Thus beings the story of Vivienne and Mason. Of course she had this blind date meet her at Cafelicious and set up ways to know that he wasn’t a total dud. She new when she saw the words Laced With Spice on her cell phone that her blind date Mason was sure to not be a dud.
I wasn’t really crazy about this book. There were certain terms that Vivienne used that got on my nerves so bad. I am not a fan of the lusty nest and oooo la la. UGH. Other than that Mason and Vivienne’s story was pretty cute but not my favorite in the series.

Saturday: Light, Full Bodied & Screwed is the sixth book in The Hookup Cafe Series by Fifi Flowers. This one is also co written with Maxwell Anthony. All of this series of six book revolves around Cafelicious and the people there. You can read it as a standalone but it’s so much more fun if you read all the others first.
Saturday is Vin’s story. He is the chef at cafelicious who has the huge dream of one day opening his own restaurant. Little does he know his world is about to be turned upside down by the new wine rep Darla. Her job is to pair wines with Vin’s food one night a week. She’s also got it bad for Vin. However Vin is so focused on what he is trying to accomplish he doesn’t really have time for a woman in his life. This book was so much fun and the lengths that Darla goes to to get Vin to notice her are nothing short of amazing. I really liked this story and am sad to be finished with all the Cafelicious crew.
