Renee’s Five Star Review
This is the story of Kade and Stacy. Once upon a time a boy who didn’t really feel emotions and couldn’t stand to be touched met a girl at a party that became his way of learning to love touch and feelings. He loved her with his whole heart and she betrayed him. Now he hates her with a fiery passion. Although it is a passion that diminishes in her presence when they are alone at times. And he is jealous of other guys especially his best friend who wants her as a notch on his bedpost. However things have changed now and he is not the boy she once knew. He now has a crew and a lot of money and he is well protected. He has found himself in a situation that he knows there is only one way to get out of but the timing is never right. He is certainly obsessed with Stacy. Her life isn’t what he thinks it is. She has a huge secret in the form of a step brother who is horrible to her in more ways than one and I really really wanted to have bad things happen to him. However it wasn’t to be in this book and I need the next one in my hand right this second. I loved this book. It is so good that you won’t be able to lay it down.

His knees parted, gym shorts showing off his legs, he leans back against the driver’s seat, still texting. My scowl deepens as I watch him reply to messages instead of driving me home.
He must have been working out in the home gym at the manor. His top is tight against his chest, the taut muscles still swollen from his session. There’s a cigarette tucked behind his ear, and wavy black hair nearly as dark as his soul falls over his forehead.
He has a sun-kissed tan that makes me look like a ghost.
As much as I’d like to say I’ve forgotten everything about Kade Mitchell, I’m a terrible liar.
