The Iron Tiara by Beth Flynn Release Review

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

The Iron Tiara is a spin off of Beth Flynn’s Nine Minutes Series. And while you do not have to have read that series to read The Iron Tiara I am telling you now if you have never experienced Nine Minutes you are missing one of the most complicated, dark, and best Motorcycle gang books I have read ever. Note I used gang to describe Nine minutes and not MC books. There is a difference in a Motorcycle Gang and a Motorcycle Club. The Iron Tiara is Anthony Bear and Christy Chapman’s story.

Anthony is the leader of a motorcycle gang that terrorizes Florida’s West Coast. He ran away from his family and the Cherokee Indian Reservation, at a very young age to enter a life of crime. Now as an adult he leads a life of managing his two businesses. One legitimate and one an underground loan shark business. Now he is hunting for Christy’s father Van Chapman because he ran out on a loan and you never do that to Anthony and live to tell the tale.

Christy seems to live a privileged life but it is not what it seems. To say she is keeping some painful family secrets and hidden some of her own would be a understatement. She is on a mission to expose her father Van but has to search for him to even know where he is. This search leads her straight into the Anthony Bear’s hands. Which in turn now will add kidnapping to Anthony’s long list of crimes. Their worlds are so different that the only thing they have in common is their hatred of Van and each other.

I have to say again if you have never read a Beth Flynn book you are missing out and the Iron Tiara is no different. Her books play more like movies in your head and I swear at times you will be emotionally exhausted. Get ready to take a journey from the seventies to present day. As a child growing up in that time period I find her books so fascinating and they never have a dull moment. She creates the world so perfectly you just have this picture in your head the whole time that travels right along with you and the story. If an author can make you like or love a guy as bad as Anthony I swear you know the author is doing an amazing job with her character building. The Iron Tiara is a story filled with love, revenge, redemption, chaos and forgiveness. Both characters are equally amazing and their story will blow you away. I do not want to say much about the story besides the recap I did because I firmly believe this is a book that needs to be experienced with as little information as possible.

You do not want to miss Beth Flynn’s newest book. It is a must read if ever there has been one.
