Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

This is the omnibus of the Filthy Feck Duet that includes Filthy Lies and Filthy Truth. You need to buckle up because this is one heck of a ride that you never want to end.

Filthy Lies is the story of Conor and Star. He is a hacker who was abused as a child and it changed the entire course of his and his brother’s lives. He is loyal to his family but is defined and shaped by his fathers crazy control over them. He is protective and has to be in control all the time and is super smart. Star is a beast. She too knows what violence is in her life also has to have control and is out for vengeance. And we sure can’t forget the serial killer in her that has a heart and a mission. I know that makes no sense even as I write it but you have to read the book and you will know exactly what I am talking about. She will bring anyone down who has anything to protect the women and the children that are being stolen and sold or controlled in any way. However when her romance with Conor begins to grow we get to see a softer side to her and I just loved watching that unfold as the story goes one. Conor has to take things slow and really break down her wall. This is the first book in a duet and I really don’t want to tell you about the actual story.
Filthy Tuth picks up right where the other left off. I don’t really know that I should talk about the story because there are secrets being revealed all over the place and things going one that I don’t need to talk about and possibly say something that would be a spoiler. I can tell you that Conor and Star together are pure fire. They work so well together that I don’t know how they functioned without each other in their lives. You also get to see some characters from previous books. A glimpse into the MC and their lives. I always love when we get to see favorite characters again in other books. You do not want to miss this duet. It is absolutely amazing and you never want it to end.
Don’t miss this complete duet or you are missing something amazing.
