The Adventure Continues
From author Golden Czermak, comes the third installment of the riveting Journeyman Series.
The Celtic Otherworld sits on the edge of a knife, threatening to fall into the waiting jaws of civil war. With the fate of the fourth artifact hanging in the balance,
can the Journeymen succeed in preventing such an atrocity from happening?
Complicating matters, the great demon Dajjal has finally made it to the Earth. Dispensing with niceties and formality, he asserts his dominance over the Noctis, their allies, and all other living things.
What hope do the worlds have for peace when they were Made to Suffer?
Stephanie’s 4 Star Review:
I received a copy of this book from the author for an honest review.
This is the third book in the Journeymen series and you must read them in order. As you get more familiar with the characters and what’s going on in the world you will be more comfortable with the way the author writes. The first few books I found it difficult to keep up with the jumping around but this is necessary in the way the story is told.
There are things happening simultaneously and you can only have one point of view being told at a time. So to do this it seems the author has a case of ADHD but I’ll assure you that’s not the case – it’s just the way the stories has to be told.
So – Made to Suffer. Gosh, so much going on with the Journeymen this book but really it’s the new demon on the blog that’s wreaking the most havoc. He’s very sure of himself. You can’t help but want to see his demise. What a jerk…and that’s putting it lightly.
Gage, Ady, Jake, Marcus have been given their own assignments. Some of those are together and some apart. There is a traitor in the midst and there’s one part of the story I wish the author would have made more gruesome. HA! Does that make me crazy? I don’t know but paranormal novels are known for violence – it’s paranormal for goodness sake’s.
So onto the rest of the journey. Looking forward to reading how the next chapter in the Journeymen series plays out.
Kim’s 5 Star Review:
5 STARS isn’t enough!!!!!
Where do I begin? I knew Golden Czermak would deliver a fascinating story, I however had no idea how powerful and the emotions I would feel while reading Made to Suffer!!!
With each new installment of The Journeyman Series the storytelling keeps getting more INTENSE and EXHILARATING!!! It’s extremely rare that you find a series where the sequels keep getting better. That has happened with this series when I finished the second book in this series I knew the third would be as good. What I didn’t know is that it would EXCEED all my expectations a hundred times over.
Golden’s is genius the way his mind works is beyond my wildest dreams. It takes an exceptional and extraordinary mind to produce what I have read in these first three books.
In this installment we find out so much more about the resident EVIL Dajjal and his plans to rule the world. We are introduced to Dax, Brandon and Gabriel who are journeymen that will pay an important part in fighting the evil that waits Gage, Joey, Adrienne and Marcus and the world.
I would given this book for an honest review.
Virginia’s 5 star review
Made to Suffer, Book 3 in the Journeyman Series, is by far my favorite book in the series. I swear these books just keep getting better and better. I don’t know how Golden kills it like this each time. But he does.
I loved Book 1, Homeward Bound, a lot. Then Book 2 came out, Seal of Solomon, and I was like holy cr*p. But Made to Suffer. Oh my god. This book!!! It’s so, so much of everything. It’s so well written, has so much action, has so many amazing characters. And the feels, the excitement, the romance!! I loved it all!!
Let’s talk about Dajjal- Who the hell loves the bad guy and roots for them?? Me. Should I be embarrassed? Should I care? Perhaps. But I’m not and I don’t. Dajjal is freaking awesome and badass. Bad guy for the win. This guy was made to make everyone suffer. He is pure evil. And for some reason I loved him. I actually loved the scenes he was in. They were among my favorite in the book. Now, I typically am not a lover of violence and these scenes are violent. But they were so intense, so full of action, so detailed, so graphic, and so fan-freaking-tastic that I didn’t even care. I was so sucked into the scenes he was in I couldn’t wait for the next. Then the next. Then the next. I know it’s not right to enjoy the bad guy. But I did.
The detail in every scene in Made to Suffer makes the book play out in your head. These books need to be movies. Seriously. Someone make them into movies!!!
Of course we see a lot of our favorites- Gage, Ady, Joey and Marcus plus some new characters. And when Dajjal is trying to take over and destroy the world, they are there doing what they always do- trying to rid the world of evil.
I am hooked on this series. I want more. I need more. Golden has made each book so different from the others. You never get bored. They never get repetitive. They are each so unique and creative. And the writing. It’s so, so good.
I know I said this in my review of the first book, Homeward Bound, but I mean it. These books are one journey you won’t forget!!
An arc was provided for an honest review.

In the beginning, Golden worked the standard corporate rat race, completed college for a Chemical Engineering Degree, and began a small photography company on the side.
Since then, and the growth of the FuriousFotog brand, Golden became an internationally published modeling/fitness photographer and eventually began working as a book cover model.
Having been in the industry for at least four years, he has interfaced and networked with countless authors and other clients. As part of his work as a photographer, he worked with them to create book cover images – now numbering well over 250 at the beginning of 2016.
Learning the ins and out of the book world, along with being an avid reader and storyteller himself, Golden finally decided to write and publish his first book, Homeward Bound, in 2016. This paranormal adventure romance will span a total of six books and new ideas for other stories are in the works as well.
