No, those lyrics don’t really have anything to do with this story, but they are part of the song that kept running through my mind while reading this book, so I decided to share them. haha you are singing them right now, aren’t you?
I am a huge Alexis Noelle fan as well as anything MC related, so this book was a double win for me!
From the moment he first sets eyes on Jasmine, Cutter feels something deep inside him shift, and, he instinctively knows that his life will never be the same. Maybe it’s the haunted look in her eyes that brings out his innate need to protect her, but, whatever it is, he decides then and there that he will never let her go. He vows to always protect her, but is that really a promise he can keep when there are outside threats to both her and his club?
Let me warn you-this book is graphic! I mean all things raw, dark, and gritty. With that said, I freakin’ loved it! I loved Cutter! He is the definition of a swoon worthy alpha male, but in my opinion, Jasmine was the star of this book! Her strength and perseverance were awe inspiring! Life kept knocking her down, and, she just kept getting back up. If you are a fan of this series, this is a must read, and, if you are new to the Deathstalkers MC, you are in for a real treat! Kudos to Alexis Noelle for another great book!
