Zooey Cartwright has arrived at UCLA a straitlaced freshman determined to have a heck of a lot more fun in college than she did in high school. What’s the first item on Zooey’s agenda before classes start in two days? Losing her pesky V card. SHe is definitely not looking for a boyfriend so where can Zooey find the right guy to do the deed and move along without a backward glance? At a party thrown by a bunch of football players of course. Enter Tyler Caldwell. A beast on the field and off, cocky as heck, and often wearing T-shirts with sayings like “Gods Gift to Womankind”. Tyler is most definitely not boyfriend material. After a make out session with Tyler leaves Zooey entirely unsatisfied, she is determined never to see him again. But her schedule lands her in not one but two of his classses, and it doesn’t take long before Tyler is giving Zooey exactly what she wants-aand a whole lot more she never bargained for. Can Zooey surrender her body to this bad boy without give him her heart too?
Misadventures of a College Girl is the ninth book in this series. I am so in love with the books in this series. Simply because they are so much fun to read and many are by authors that we all love to read. You can also read them in any order you want to too. Who doesn’t need a little adventure in their book reading life? Misadventures of a College Girl will have you wishing you were back in college. It is also funny, will melt your heart and it was a lot more romantic than I was expecting it to be. The one thing I kept thinking was oh to be young again. I know that I am reading something I love when I feel like I am right there experiencing everything these characters do. If Tyler and Zooey are not about the most adorable couple in the world I don’t know who are. All she wants to do is get rid of her V card before she starts college and she figures that Tyler is the man to do it. However it doesn’t happen and Zooey is frustrated and never wants to see him again. But fate would have it that they have two college classes together much to Zooey’s dismay. While Tyler wants to try things again Zooey is determined not to but they do become really good friends. I knew right then and there that she was in deep denial of her feelings and I couldn’t wait to get further into the book and find out what was going to happen.
I highly recommend this series. It is just to much fun to miss and Misadventures of a College Girl is now my favorite one in he series.
