Moonlit Thorns by P. Rayne Release & Review

Moonlit Thorns by P. Rayne is now live!

No one knows what happens up at Midnight Manor.

The home of the Voss brothers sits like a sentinel looking down on our small town, remaining a mystery. The four brooding billionaires rarely leave the confines of the iron gates, fueling rumors that have existed for decades.

When my father dies, all the security I’ve known is ripped away, forcing me to come face to face with the eldest brother, Asher Voss. His outward beauty is just as I’d heard—it belies a predatory nature, irresistibly drawing me in.

A bargain is made, and I have no choice but to live in the shadowy confines of his gothic manor to save my family. As time passes, it becomes harder and harder to deny our attraction.

Asher Voss might be too old for me, and he’s definitely cursed by his own demons, but an inferno of passion between us threatens to either consume or destroy us both.

MOONLIT THORNS is a dark, contemporary romance, Beauty and the Beast retelling.

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

Welcome to Midnight Manor. This is the home of the four Voss brothers. There are a lot of rumors out there about these four brothers. They rarely leave the confines of the iron gates they live behind and people love to talk for decades about them. This is the story of the oldest brother Asher and Annabelle and is a retelling of Beauty and the Beast. I will go ahead and warn you that once you have this book in your hands, you are going to devour it.
Annabelle has only ever known security and safety. But when her father unexpectedly dies, all that is out the window and she is face to face with the elusive Asher Voss. She loves her family and is willing to do whatever it takes for them. Even turning up on Asher’s door steps. Asher has a temper. A horrible one. Or maybe it isn’t so much a temper as a man that is mad at the entire world and takes it out on everyone. Annabelle gets a taste of that right off the bat. Whens he has to move in to the Voss manor, things only get more intense. So intense, you can feel it bleeding off the pages of this book as you are reading it. Now don’t get the idea that Annabelle is a weak woman. This girl is sassy, has an attitude a mile long and is really sweet and innocent. But she is not one to be run over by a Voss. The sparks are flying in this one. While I wish I could go on and on about how good this book is and why, I don’t want to say too much and give something away. You just need to get this book, dive in, and enjoy it as much as I did.
