Until Callum Royal appears, plucking Ella out of poverty and tossing her into his posh mansion among his five sons who all hate her. Each Royal boy is more magnetic than the last, but none as captivating as Reed Royal, the boy who is determined to send her back to the slums she came from.

Reed doesn’t want her. He says she doesn’t belong with the Royals.

He might be right.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE BOOK

Q: Is this really a YA?

We recommend this for young adult readers, age 17 and up. We think it’s a book that will appeal to older teens and those adults who are in touch with their inner teen, like us.

Q: Is there a cliffhanger? I’ve heard there’s an awful cliffhanger! Why’d you write a cliffhanger?

We promise that we didn’t set out to write a cliffhanger, but Paper Princess does end in one. The good news is that the next book will be released July 25, 2016.

Stephanie’s 5 Star Review:

I was given a copy of this book from the authors for an honest review.

OMG this book is FANTASTIC! I loved it. It took me less than a day to read. I’m still thinking about it. Of course now it’s a case of wanting book 2!

Elle is the main focus of this story. She’s dealt a rotten start to her life. She’s basically “kidnapped” by her legal guardian one day by surprise and suspicion. Then she’s met with the animosity of 5 boys ranging in age from college to high school sophomores.

There’s some behind the scenes secrets going on in this story. Some MAJOR secrets. It’s a wonder some people can be so blind. You see what you want to see I suppose.

This story was flawlessly written. Erin Watt is actually the pen name for two authors cowiting together and they pulled this one off. You can’t tell the author switches in this particular book. As least I couldn’t…and I tried to pinpoint. Maybe it was because I was so engrossed in the story I just couldn’t tell. Either way…Elle is one strong character.

Just the type of female lead I love to read in a book. I’m looking forward to the next installment in this series. Is it too soon to ask for it yet?
