Poisonous Kiss by Jagger Cole is now live!

A blisteringly steamy, Dark Mafia, Grumpy/Sunshine, Marriage of Convenience standalone romance by bestselling author, Jagger Cole.

To save my father’s life, I’m being forced to marry a monster.

The world sees Gabriel Black as a golden god: successful, gorgeous, charismatic, and untouchable.

The good guy.

But I’ve peeked behind the mask and seen the brutal devil that lurks like poison under the surface.

And he knows it, too.

Now, I need a miracle—and money—to save my father’s life and pay off the crime boss he’s in deep with.

Gabriel needs a wife to further his political career.

It’s a match made in hell, to a secret psychopath who knows my darkest, most depraved fantasies.

And I’m about to learn the only thing more dangerous than being chased by a monster:

Falling for one.

Poisonous Kiss is a standalone dark mafia, marriage of convenience romance with a smart, untamable heroine, and an ultra possessive psycho hero with “look at her and I’ll unalive you” energy. Readers are STRONGLY advised to read the TW inside. No cliffhanger; HEA included.

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

If you have been reading the Venomous Gods series then you know how good these books have been. With that said though, this is my favorite book in the series. I was hooked and I couldn’t put it down. I feel like your going to be the same way so make sure you make time where you don’t have to lay it down. It’s all your going to be thinking about if you don’t. This is the story of Gabriel Black and Fumi Yamaguchi. She is a woman who has a lot on her plate and has now been promoted as equity partner at Crown and Black. However things are about to implode on top of her and she is going to have to have a whole lot of money to save her father’s life. She spends her spare time taking care of him. Gabriel is in politics and good at what he does. However I have to say he really is an expert at hiding what is inside of him. A pro at it actually. However, now he knows that the only thing missing from his life if he wants to achieve political aspirations, is a wife. He has spent years crafting this perfect life that everyone sees and he is not about to let the need for a wife ruin that for him. Of course being the man he is he is going to hold auditions for a wife while offering a huge sum of money as a benefit. Fumi knows that this is the only way to save her father but what neither of them expected was to be boss/employee and absolutely perfect for each other.

This book is going to have you hooked like I said. It is intense and perfect and I just loved everything about it. I am a sucker for a mafia man that has a hidden something in his life. But when that something is the monster that lies beneath the surface, count me in. If your looking for a sweet, charming love story then you might not find that here. I thought it was intense at times and the chemistry between these two amazing characters just bleeds off the pages. I have loved all the books as I said. I just can’t stress enough that if you haven’t started this series you need to right now. You won’t regret it at all. I now am sitting waiting on the next book and so thankful we have another in this amazing series to look forward too. Don’t fret though this book is not a cliffhanger it is a full book. Now run and get it. You can thank me later.
