Regret by Max Henry Release Review + Giveaway

Regret is the second book in Max Henry’s Twisted Hearts Duet. You have to read Desire first or you are going to be so lost.

Four simple rules when you’re a woman in denial. 1. Don’t stalk your father’s best friend online. 2. Don’t talk to him via Messenger. 3. Definitely don’t go to his house. 4. Whatever you do, don not tell him you still love him. I have never been one for doing what I am told.

Regret picks up three years after the ending of Desire. Belle has finished her internship and is heading home along with a new boyfriend. A guy who she really just should be friends with as she is not in love with him. However, they had made plans and she is not one to break the plans. Returning home should be simple though. She doesn’t have to run into Zeus. Only she wants too…especially after he unblocks her on Facebook and send her a message. Now I am not going to tell you anymore than this. Just that I love Zeus and Belle together. Their age difference never comes to my mind as I just focused on how in love with each other they are. Fifteen years isn’t so bad. I’ve seen larger age differences. If you have read Desire you know the mess that lead to Belle going to the United States. I swear the end of that book tore my heart out as I am a huge fan of Belle and Zeus. We also get the nasty mom in this book and she is more evil than ever and you find out why she is the way she is.

This duet is absolutely amazing. I devoured it in a day and was sad to have to leave Belle and Zeus. If you don’t mind the age difference, want a story filled with passion, a alpha male and his babygirl. I loved this duet so much I know that it will be two books that I will read over and over. Do not miss the Twisted Hearts Duet. Your so so so going to love this book.
