***Warning~ This is NOT a book for children***

***This romantic comedy is meant for mature readers as it contains unsavory (naughty) language and sexual content***

Sixteen-year-old Delilah Welling never understood why Darcy Strong despised her so much. Especially since their mothers had been friends for a lifetime. So when Delilah is asked to be The Junior Bridesmaid in Darcy’s wedding, Delilah is understandably surprised and reluctant to say yes. Upon her mother’s insistence, Delilah finally agrees determined to look at the bright side.

And there couldn’t be a brighter side than Hugh Rowen, a.k.a. the groom. Delilah has always been in love with Hugh and could never understand what a nice guy like Hugh was doing with a wench like Darcy.

Before the wedding, Delilah discovers that the bride-to-be is keeping a torrid secret. Fearful that she will hurt Hugh, she remains silent, going about her Junior Bridesmaid duties as planned.

Until…

All hell breaks loose during the wedding ceremony. Embarrassed and devastated, Delilah flees the wedding. But not before hurting the love of her life.

Twelve years later, Delilah is 28 and living a happy existence in New York. Until one day when she receives a message addressed to JUNIOR? Has Hugh hunted her down twelve years later to exact revenge or is he in New York for a different reason entirely? Either way, twelve years is a long time to wait to find out!

***This is a stand alone romantic comedy meant for mature readers due to mature content and language. Hopefully you will find it to be a funny, lighthearted, entertaining read!***

About this author

Someone once asked me why I like to write. Aside from the usual answers like ‘I enjoy creating stories’ or ‘I like to entertain others with my work,’ I realized it is one of the few things that once I start I can’t wait to finish. I’ve tried knitting, sewing, painting…but after just a few short days I lose interest in those projects and set them aside. But that never happens with writing. Once I begin a story, I can’t wait to see it through to the end.

I love to read books that make me laugh at the characters statements. The Junior Bridesmaid is witty, heartfelt, dramatized fun! I thoroughly enjoyed this story and would recommend it to you as well.

I was gifted a copy of this book by the author for an honest review. Thanks Amy! 5 Stars!

Jodi’s Review:

I have to say I enjoyed this story because it isnt one I have read a thousand times before so it was original. Loved Delilah and her problems but she seemed to overcome them. My heart hurt for hugh when he found out about his finance but all those years later it worked out for the best/. My only negative is that I think the story could have been drawn out longer to show how hugh and Deliah finally fell in love. I felt it was just meet each other again and bam they are in love. Otherwise this was my first book by this author and I will def be reading more.
I gave it 4 stars

Tracy’s Review:

This book was gifted to me by the author through Stephanie’s Book Reports .
At first, I felt it was a little hard to connect with this book whilst in the teenage years, but when it switched I began to love it.  Stacey needs a full force clatter across the face. I felt that was missing BTW 🙂  At times I wanted to smack Hugh upside the head. I loved the twists and turns. This book was funny, sexy and romantic and I really liked it.  Well done, Amy! Great read! 4 Stars!
