I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
If you ever wanted to meet Hades in a suit, then in New York you would seek out Knight Grayson. He is a man who gets what he wants no matter the cost and is just waiting to destroy at all times. The man certainly carries around a lot of secrets and has a huge loss of over twenty years ago that he was never able to get over. When he meets Aurora they share one night that is filled with lust and passion but that also put her in his path. However she is right on the cusp of getting engaged and has a life she loves but when Knight wants something he takes it no matter what. However, she also has a large inheritance that he wants. He needs it to build his empire and get his legacy. He is not above using her father, who is in a lot of debt to get to her and have her hand in marriage. After all that is the only way he could gain control of what he needs. She has no choice but to sign the contract and for six months she will be bound to him in every term and condition. But, it isn’t long until those things begin to blur it is only a matter of time until his hunger for power turns into a craving for Aurora. You would think things might possibly be perfect for these two. However, remember those secrets I told you about? What happens when those come pouring out? Suddenly there is way more to lose than either of them ever thought. This book has so many twists and turns in it that you are turning the pages just as fast as you can. I really loved this story and thought it was a great read.
