This is the second book in the King of Shadows Series you need to read that book, King of Shadows first or your going to be so lost. I don’t even know how to review this book and not give something away. If you have read King of Shadows then you know we were left with a OH WHAT IN THE WORLD moment at the end of that book. You also know that Persephone signed a contract with Hades and that she officially belongs to him. However she escapes and ends up in the most unexpected of places. Now it is time for Hades to go after what is his and what a read it is. It is dark and gritty and you will be on the edge of your seat. This is one twisted tale that I am so glad I didn’t miss because I love a good dark and twisted book.
