This enemies to lovers romance has it all. Troy and Aspyn, as well as Troy’s grandfather and Aspyn’s niece, stole my heart.
Troy and Asypn are clearly meant to be together. If they can just be on each other’s presence without arguing!! Their banter is great and when they are sweet to each other it’s even better.
One thing I loved about this book was how the characters developed and grew. Both of them, but especially Troy, did some soul searching and looked inside themselves to grow and see what they really want. Troy has some issues to overcome and he has to learn he’s worthy of love and I enjoyed watching his growth.
This story is about second chances and letting go of the past and forgiving ourselves and others. It’s about family. And it’s wonderful.
