This is the second book in the See No Evil Trilogy. You need to read Big Ben first or you are going to be lost. This is the continuation of Ben and Livy’s story. This book is fast paced and very action packed and you will be done before you know it because you are so engrossed in the story. You will not be able to put it down. I really fell for these two in Big Ben, but even more so in The Benefactor. Ben and the other Lords of London are still out for vengeance for their friend Toby against the Elite. They however can not do this one their own and need help to make this plan go like they need it to. Your going to love all the previous characters from other books that are in this on. Don’t worry though, if you haven’t read them you will just find some more character’s that you want to read their stories and find more to read. Just because Ben is trying to plot his revenge against the Elite. That doesn’t mean that he has forgotten about proving to Livy that she is his and his only. He will do anything to protect her but Livy is tired of being lied to and controlled or kept in the dark by men. She is after her independence and is not going to stop until she has it. This book is so good and I didn’t want to put it down. You are going to love this addition to the See No Evil Series. I can not wait to get For Her Benefit and see how their story turns out.
