The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea by Elizabeth O’Roark is now live!

You don’t really know a guy until you’ve vacationed with him… When Drew Wilson’s ex-boyfriend Joel “Six” Bailey asks her to go on his family trip to Hawaii with him just as her life is falling apart, she decides it’s the perfect time to give him another chance. The hitch? The Bailey family includes Six’s rude older brother, Joshua–a hot-nerd doctor who has hated Drew since the moment they met and once suggested she’d steal the family silver. Drew is determined to win the Baileys over and give this thing with Six a fair shot…but Joshua is making that difficult. Not simply because he is in her way at every turn, but because–as one tropical adventure leads to the next–she’s beginning to wonder if obnoxious, odious Joshua might be the brother she actually belongs with.

Renee’s Five Star Review I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
I am telling you now that when you start this book you are not going to be able to put it down until it says The End. This is more like a you think you know what to expect read and you really get something much more than you thought it would be. This is the story of Drew who is a pop star and wow she is a big old mess for sure who has been in a on again off again relationship with Six who is also a musician. Drew doesn’t really have to worry about Six because she knows exactly what she is getting with him. There are really no surprises and since she has had such a horrible complicated past then that makes Six super appealing to her. They ended again six months ago, but Six wants another chance and she agrees to go on a family vacation with him to Hawaii. That means though that she will be around Six’s brother and they don’t really like each other at all. He is a doctor and a hot one at that but he has always made it more than clear that he is not fan of Drew being anywhere near his family. If you accuse someone of possibly stealing the silver then it should be fairly obvious to them how you feel about them. He is a closed off emotional opposite of Six though so they are like night and buy. But….it’s not long before this vacation leads to the thought maybe I am with the wrong brother. After all, if you ask me she has not business being with Six. I mean come on you’ve had a pretty long time of being off and one and does he really fulfill her or add something to her life. Josh on the other hand is so swoon worthy so don’t feel like this is a oh my gosh she is going to cheat on her boyfriend book because it isn’t and I would hate for you to miss this gem of a book because you think you know what its going to be without opening it.
