The Junior by Monica Murphy is now live!

Caleb Burke. Charming. Funny. Sexy. Major player – both on the field and with the ladies. I hate him. Well, not really. I resist his so-called charms because I recognize them. We’re a lot alike, Caleb and I. He’s afraid of commitment? Me too. A giant flirt? Same here. He knows how to party? I am the absolute queen of the party. Until I realize it’s time for me to grow up and become a responsible adult. I’ll be student teaching next year, so to save money, I move in with my two new roommates — Eli Bennett and Caleb. Then I find a summer job — where Caleb works. Soon, I’m spending almost every single day with the guy. He’s growing on me too. We’ve always had this unspoken chemistry brewing between us. When we finally give in to it, it’s just as spectacular as I secretly predicted. The sex, and everything else, keeps getting better and better between us too. But can I really take this guy seriously? Or am I only setting myself up to fail?

Renee’s Five Star Review I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is the story of Caleb and Gracie. He is the jock who really needs to grow up and really goes though the girl at his college and beyond too and she knows this. This is why she figures the best way to deal with him is to ignore him and she’s good at it all the while wanting him to be her man so bad she can’t stand it. But now she finds herself losing her roommate to her boyfriend and she is going to have to live alone and really bust her butt to live there or she got an offer from one of her friends Eli to move in with him and Caleb. But how can she? Caleb will drive her nuts and she wants to keep her distance from him before they both do something they will regret. But she is about to be a student teacher next year and really can’t afford to live alone so she takes the room they have open in their apartment and she also decides that it is time to be an adult and get a real job for the summer and save all the money that she can. So she’s move in with the guy she ignores like crazy and now she is looking for a summer job at the lake in on the of the dining establishments or bar and she finds that she should have really applied sooner because all the jobs but one on the docks is taken and that job just happens to be where Caleb works and on the very docks he works on. Now don’t let Gracie fool you. She like to stay away from Caleb because she is just as much a player as he is. In fact they have so much in common that it’s not even funny. So there perfect for each other and fight it at every turn. And poor Eli he is going to have to live with these too. Thank goodness he has got a girl to keep him busy and away from the misery it has to be at home with Gracie all the time ignoring Caleb. But don’t fret, that isn’t going to last very long and soon you get to read one of the best books I have read in a while and I also had so much fun reading this book. I loved the characters and I loved the back and forth between them and the chemistry is really off the charts with these two. Don’t even hesitate to get this book and dive on in. It was amazing and I hated to see it end I was having such a good time being lost in their world.

About Renee Henson

Renee Henson has an obsession with reading and reviewing. Especially anything that is a dark romance, fairy tale retelling, MC, and is trying her best to love the PNR worlds. Nothing is quiet as exciting to her as reading a good book and then talking about it or making comments while reading with her friends that have read the book too. She is always happiest with her kindle in her hand and her nose is a book. She has been reviewing for Stephanie's Book Reports for over ten years.
