BLURB

He’s the MONSTER they created, I’m the wild WOLF I was born to be.

Β

JADE

I like to think I’m pretty transparent. With me what you see is what you get. A careless bitch on the outside, but deep inside, under all the overlapping layers, hidden from prying eyes, a fierce wolf hides. Well the bitch is in here too. But with him it’s all an illusion. A beautiful creature on the outside, but deep inside in a constant slumber lies a terrifying beast. But turns out, he’s not the true villain in this tale. I’m the one hiding a truth I’m too afraid to accept. Looks like I’m the villain in this story. But what if I’m not supposed to be alone, what if in him, with him, I’m to find my true pack. There is just one thing that might make that almost impossible.

Β

Wanna know a secret? I can’t be tamed…

Β

SEBASTIAN

Emotionless. Indifferent, Restrained & Cruel. Those are the words of affirmation I’ve recited every morning since I was seven. Like of wolf in the night she crept out of my darkness and shined brightly under the illumination of the full moon above. Eyes like two precious gemstones glowing in the dark. The light to my darkness, the prey to satiate this vicious predator. A lone wolf in search of her alpha, in desperate need of a pack to call her own. But how can someone who was trained his whole life to feel nothing, convince a girl who has been left every time she feels anything, that this time he won’t be the one to walk out on her.

Renee’s Five Star Review

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

I was so excited to get this book in my hands after reading the first two. I couldn’t wait to get the story of Jade and Bass. Before you pick this book up though, you are going to be like me and have to go back and read the first two. If you don’t this might contain content that’s going to be confusing to you or you’re going to get major spoilers that will ruin the first two books for you. Those are The Four Horsemen, and The Holy Trinity. I promise those books are so good. You do not want to miss them. This whole series had been dark and delicious and I have loved every single word that I have read. This is the story of Jade and Bass. Jade is one of the kids that were brought to the school under devious intentions and they made the best of it. But Jade is well, jaded. She doesn’t want or need anyone and is super mouthy and quit the spitfire or a girl. But the one thing that really bothers her is that everyone she lets into her life has left her high and dry and she isn’t letting that happen. So when Bass is attracted to her she fights it with everything in her and did I say she had a mouth on her? Bass isn’t scared away by her mouth and her telling him she doesn’t want him and is determined to show her that she is his. Mind, body and soul. But he has an evil father that is not having this He has Bass’s life planned out for him and that doesn’t include Jade. After all she is from the wrong side of the tracks and her blood runs dirty through her veins. Will these two ever work out? Well, you have to read this book to find out but I promise you this series is so worth reading. I have read all three books right in a row and now have a book hangover that I’m not going to get over anytime soon. If you like your books kind of dark, extremely dirty and will shocking moments you do not want to miss these.

Cece Perez:Β Cece found her happy place in the worlds that others created from a very young age. Reading became a hobby that brought so many friendships. Through the reading community she fostered a renewed love for all things books and to her surprise, writing. Writing being deeply personal to her wasn’t something she thought she would share with anyone else. With encouragement from some amazing voices in the community she made the leap to co-write her debut novel. The characters in her head are Broken Bad Boys and Girls with too much Sass. When she isn’t writing, you can find her spending time with her amazing husband or cuddling up on the couch with her furbaby Jasper.
