Mirabella is a student working as a waitress. Vincent is the underboss for the Mafia. Mira is suddenly entangled in his world when she is used as bait in the middle of rivaling mafia families. Why she has not a clue and she sure does not like it. I don’t even know how to tell you about this story and not give something away. I loved Mirabella. She was sweet and innocent and sure not involved in the world she is suddenly thrust in and she also has a stalker. Vincent of course is a cold blooded man who has no problem doing what he has to do to protect the family and he sure is going to protect Mirabella. You just have to read the book. It is fast paced has tons of twists and turns and hooks you from the first chapter.
