This is the first book in the Vendetta Duet. The good news about this duet is that you don’t have to wait for the second book and it is a really great edge of your seat read. Told from the POV of Luna, Hunter and the Vigilante. I have to say that I was beyond hooked on the Vigilante chapters. There was just something about this that had you hanging on every word trying too look for clues to find out who they are and you will find out who it is so you don’t have to guess for very long. This book is full of murder and crime and I was hooked. Luna is a public defender and just happened to be in the wrong place and the wrong time and watched as one of her clients is murdered by The Vigilante just after she has won the trial. Hunter was the prosecutor in this same case but they have never met. This meeting leads to him becoming slightly obsessed with Luna from that moment on. They have another connection that surprised me but you can discover that one on your own. Now that she is in danger Hunter knows that she is in danger and he is bound and determined to keep her safe. Is the Vigilante a good guy or a bad guy? He is after Luna or just loves to do things in front for her. Is he keeping her safe too and she just doesn’t realize it? You have to read to find all this out. I thought this book was really amazing and was so happy to already have the second book to dive in to. You don’t want to miss this book.

This is the second book in the Vendetta Duet. You need to read Secret Vendetta first so you are not lost in this book. This book picks up right where we left off in the first book with Hunter and Luna. These two have already been through it in the first book. We have just found out with Luna who the Vigilante is He is beyond determined to keep her from telling anyone ever the truth about them. I have to say this book starts with a lot of suspense and it stays that way throughout this book. You are a little on edge and certainly jumpy reading this book. I think you fall for Hunter even more in this book. Who knew that was even possible. I don’t really want to say a lot about this book because it certainly keeps you on your toes and I feel like if I tell you about the story line I might give something away. This book has even more twists and turns and just gosh. It’s like running the best marathon and finishing really well. You just need this duet in your life. Go….grab it and enjoy the ride with me. You won’t regret it.
