Genres: Contemporary, Young Adult
Format: eARC

BLURB:

Staying away from Cade Renner is easier said than done—because he’s my brother’s best friend and my new roommate.

I know he’s trouble when I meet him—half naked, covered in tattoos, and kicking an anonymous girl out of his bed.

I’m not supposed to become his friend, and I definitely shouldn’t be thinking about him at night.

Especially after I meet Adam—he is the perfect gentleman and he wants to be my boyfriend. To him, I am a sweet, innocent girl not to be defiled.

But I’m done being innocent.

**Can be read and enjoyed as a standalone**

CHRISTINA’S THREE AND A HALF STAR REVIEW:

After searching through NetGalley’s books, I came across this one and picked it up and I’m glad I did. It’s not exactly the type of book I usually go for, but it was definitely worth it.

Haley has decided to change colleges after two years. But this also puts her in a weird situation because she now has to become roommates with her brother and his friend in order to make it through the school year without financial stress. Let’s add in the fact that her brother’s friend/roommate is extremely hot and she’s just hoping she can focus on her school work.

Cade is Haley’s new roommate. He’s also a man whore and isn’t ashamed at all. At least, that’s what everyone thinks of him. No one has really tried to get to know him. That is until Haley moved in. Now that they are hanging out and actually enjoying each others company, he’s starting to see a lot of things differently. Including his best friends sister.

This book took me back to my….early dating years in college. Yes, us girls can fall fast and hard for someone we believe to “be the one” and/or for that someone who says and does all the right things. But we rarely listen to our enter voice, warning us and pointing us in another direction because we’re….young and dumb. This book reminds me of ALL OF THAT…LOL. In fact, there were times I wanted to reach in to the book and strangle both of these characters. But I digress…

All in all, this was a good, young adult book that, despite my rare chocking moments, had me intrigued and rooting for the HEA. And look at that, it’s the first book in a series. I wonder who’s next?
