I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
There are two books before this one and I have read those also and loved them. From those I knew that I so could not wait to read Declan and Kendall’s story. I was so excited to have their story in my hands and I loved every single second of it.
Declan is Kendall’s best friends older sister and for as long as he can remember he has had a thing for her. He has watched her move on from guy to guy until she does the most shocking things in his mind and gets engaged. Kendall is a pop star and when he met her back in high school she was already out touring. She doesn’t have a clue how Kendall has feelings for her. However a few years have past and now these two are the very best of friends and Declan’s band just happens to be on a break. Now Kendall is engaged and Declan doesn’t like it at all and can’t believe that she would ever be engaged to this horrible human being. One night of drinking to drown there sorrows when something very bad and traumatic happens to one of the band mates. However with some liquid courage Declan get up the courage to tell her how he feels about her and I was holding my breath living for this moment. However, no one could have ever seen what was coming their way the next morning and I have to say I was shook.
That is about all of the story that I can tell you, because from that point on I feel like I would be telling you things that you don’t need me to and you just need to experience them for yourself. I loved this book. I really love Declan and Kendall and the story that they had to tell.
