Timing is everything…
Getting cursed out in the middle of the airport isn’t exactly how I pictured meeting the man of my dreams. Then again, fate doesn’t seem to care much about my plans.
Thanks to my failing health, I now have a lifetime of things to do, and a limited amount of time to do them.
Rhys helps me live a little… and one by one we check off my list. From nude beaches to snorkeling to wedding crashing, I find myself falling for the outspoken stranger hard and fast.
He wasn’t on the list…
But can the uncocky hero save me before it’s too late?
Uncocky Hero is an angsty hate to love romance inspired by Playboy Pilot.
Renee’s Five Star Review
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
You might want to buckle up because this book had me all over the place in the emotions department. Cleo Willoughby has to make up for a lifetime in only the span of a few months because of her crumbling health. But during her last trip for her job she meets a handsome stranger that is going to change her life forever. However the man in questions doesn’t really make a great first impression and if he wants to fix this little fact, he is really going to have to work for it. Rys Kelly has lost his father and is on a trip to get himself back on track and to the responsibilities that now fall to him since his fathers passing. The guys sure needs time away from his family and the last thing he need is a woman to distract him, but he really really liked the woman he rain into at the airport and has luck would have it they are bot headed in the same direction. Now this is where I figured I would be a mess. I mean come on, you have girl on limited time because of her health who might just have met the love of her life and it could all be over before it gets started really good. You are in for one heck of an adventure with these two and I really do not want to tell you much about what happens except for them meeting. I loved these two as individuals and even more so when they are together. I loved the story they had to tell and you won’t want to miss what I felt like was a really Uncocky romantic story.
