This is the story of Katy and Bennett. These two have a past that involved a very steamy kiss. Both in the medical field, eight years ago, he was her chief resident and she was the third year medical student. Now they are about to run into each other again. He just became the new chief of trauma surgery and her new boss. Both have new hopes and dreams and they just might be perfect together if they are willing to take the chance. These two are fantastic characters separately and together. But they have a supporting cast of characters in this book that you are going to fall for too. She has the best group of girlfriends. They are all so invested in each other and I loved how she could depend on them for sound advice and they do the same with her. Every girl needs their people in their lives. Bennett’s mom is amazing and you are going to love her and root for her. Katy and Bennett are amazing together. They have some great chemistry going on and moment that will make your heart melt. There is a lot going on in this book. I really loved reading it and it is one that you do not want to miss.
