I received a copy of this book form the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.
This is the third book in this series. You need to read Devilish King and Unassuming Queen first or you are going to be lost. This book is a dark romance and might contain some triggers for some readers. It also picks up right where Unassuming Queen left off. Theo and Holly are on their way back to New York and it does not take them very long to figure out that they have a big old war on their hands and the Clover on Theo’s tail. Theo is a man who loves his family very much and he will do anything he can to protect them and keep them out of any harms way. Holly though has to come to terms with the danger of the life she has with Theo. There is a lot that goes on in this book and you will be on the edge of your seat for most of the book. I loved it so much and thought it was a great conclusion to this series.
