This is the first book in the Sons of the Mafia Series. There is a prequel to this book that is titled Sins of the Mafia.
Damon Pepperado is a man out for revenge for the death of his mother. The last word on her lips was the last name of Valachi. This leads him to an arranged marriage with the daughter of that family A rival mafia family. This is the only way he can get revenge in his mind. He will take it out of her. He is a powerful, possessive and super protective man. What he never planned on though was that he just might catch some feelings for Lulu along the way. She is a super caring person that loves with her entire being but she is a really strong female character and not exactly what Damon was expecting. I can’t really talk about the story or I will give something away. This is one you need to experience on your own.
