I had the perfect life until tragedy struck, turning my world upside down. Now I’m focused on picking up the pieces and starting over. Easier said than done, right? The last thing I needed was the lingering stare from the sexy-as-sin homicide detective. And those soft touches, making me feel things I wasn’t ready for. I tried to keep things casual, but lines started to blur, and instead of pushing him away, I found myself pulling him closer. I wanted to pretend that his kisses weren’t bringing me back to life. I tried to hide the smile that would break out whenever he entered a room. I convinced myself that nothing was happening because he was the type of man a woman like me tried to avoid…. sexy, charming, and way too confident for his own good. Losing my first love almost destroyed me. I wouldn’t survive it a second time. So, when the unexpected happened, and our relationship was put to the test, I found my newly built life hanging in the balance. And it might just turn out to be more complicated than I can handle. Perhaps I should have listened to that little voice in my head after all. He told me I could have whatever I want, but why does the one I want have to be the one I can’t have?

Renee’s Five Star Review

You have to love when you get hooked on a book from the very beginning and Whatever You Want is one of those book. You just can’t ever read enough and you never want it to end. I will admit it starts out sad just so sad and then you get on this rollercoaster of everything and your not going to get off until you close the book. This is the story of Ava and Logan. Ava is a woman that has gone through so much pain I can’t even imagine how she handles it all. Because of this she is determined to guard her heart from ever hurting again. Then she meets Logan and I don’t see how any woman in the world wouldn’t fall for Logan. He is a detective but aside from what he does for a living he is really sweet, loving and very understanding. I mean come one. I would love a man that understands instead of one that rolls his eyes at me sometimes, or never hears that thing you told him seventy two times and is shocked when what you say happens or is true. OOOPS I got distracted wanting a Logan of my very own. He is just one of those perfect male character that is smoking hot and has a lot of everything great things going for him. Poor Ava never stood a chance against his charm!! I don’t want to go into details about the story I mainly wanted to say how much I loved this story and the characters. You guys need to read this book!!
