So, we come back to this story with Liam having uncollared Raine and her running away, as usual Raine. She can’t seem to keep her big girl panties on and think with her head instead of reacting poorly to what she perceives has happened to her. I will have to admit, Raine got on my last nerve during this whole book. Hammer and Liam were really trying with her and she’s so sucked into her past and using it to hold her back instead of moving forward she’s going to push them both to the limit they won’t want to mess with her again.
I think on the third or forth return of Raine – the Doms have created a plan to get her to talk and make her listen. It’s a brilliant plan – or so it seems. It totally backfires on the both and guess what – out goes Rain AGAIN! Seriously…you can see why she got on my nerves. The guys are human. She’s living in a dream world or in the clouds if she thinks alpha Doms won’t ever have a disagreement. Especially over stuff that’s 10 years old, at the very least.
Anyway, Raine seems to think that everything is about her. Why can’t it be about the past? I just think she was full of herself in this book. I look forward to seeing what happens in book three though. There’s a little surprise at the end of this book that you’ll want to run right out and get book three right now!
